Civil and Environmental Engineering Services, LLC was formed in September 2004 by Masoud Fathi, PE, as a civil and environmental engineering firm with an understanding of public policy and infrastructure development required by municipalities and private developers.

CEES has experience working with Maury County Government, Procter & Gamble facility in Jackson, Tennessee; Bush Beans plant and headquarters in East Tennessee; Saturn Corporation; and Nissan Corporation. USPS, Social Security Administration, institutions and commercial facilities as well as mixed-use and single family residential developments.
